Bank of North Dakota celebrates 100 years

 

Join in the fun Monday, July 29 between 11-4 at the Bank of North Dakota as they invite the public to celebrate 100 years of serving the state of North Dakota. In addition to speakers, there will be Pride of Dakota booths and Bank museum and building tours. Here is the schedule for the day:

 

11:00  am   Event begins. Pride of Dakota booths open.

11:15  am   Congratulatory presentations by dignitaries

12:30   pm  NPL stories by former Agriculture Commissioner Sarah Vogel

1:00   pm    Museum and Bank tours on the hour begin. Final tour: 3 pm

1:00   pm     Showing of Northern Lights, an award-winning film set in 1915 about the rally of the small Midwestern farmers against the bankers, railroad men, big grain dealers and an entrenched political machine
